The Council of the College of Basic Education/Haditha held this morning, Tuesday, 23 September 2025, its eleventh open session of the second section under the chairmanship of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Mudhir Abed Ali, where the meeting began by welcoming all members of the Council, and then discussed the most important directives issued by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Anbar University Presidency, related to the regularity and stability of the new academic year (2025-2026).
After that, the meeting dealt with a number of important topics, most notably emphasising the follow-up of the research output of teachers and urging them to publish in reputable scientific journals and participate in conferences, as well as following up on the maintenance and cleaning of buildings inside the college, emphasising the commitment to official attendance and signing the attendance register for teachers, organising extracurricular activities inside and outside the college, and adhering to the university uniform for students, as well as approving the results of the second round.
In another aspect, the Dean of the College announced the submission of an official study to create a master's programme in the Department of Public Sciences, indicating that this comes within the framework of the college's plans for academic expansion and serving its students and the local community, stressing that the process of completing the relevant approvals will continue.
