About the Unit The Citizens Affairs Unit is one of the units affiliated to the Office of the Dean of the College of Basic education, whose work is centred on several axes: 1. Listening to the complaints of citizens of all segments (teachers, employees, students and citizens) and following up on them, minimising problems and simplifying procedures for them. 2. Receiving all citizens of all categories, listening to them and their complaints and working to direct them to the correct mechanisms that guarantee their requests and the completion of their work by reviewing departments and divisions in order to coordinate work with all administrative and legal authorities, complete transactions and overcome difficulties. 3. Submit monthly reports of all activities carried out by the unit with completion rates and submit them to the University Presidency - Citizens Affairs Division. 4. Receiving and following up on requests and complaints sent by the Office of the President of the University / Division of Citizens Affairs.
