Vision, Mission and Objectives of the College of Basic Education/Haditha

Vision:

Achieving a prominent leadership position in the preparation of university teachers and improving the quality of scientific research.

Mission:

Seeking to qualify a distinguished university teacher, capable of meeting the needs and requirements of the educational process and competing in the labour market, and providing a distinguished academic and research environment that serves the community through an effective partnership.

Objectives:

1- Preparing a specialised university teacher capable of enhancing and improving educational performance and scientific research in the field of basic education with the highest standards of efficiency and specialisation.

2- Promote and develop joint cooperation between the college and various local community institutions, with the aim of enhancing interaction and consultation to improve services and achieve sustainable development.

3- Enhancing the performance of the college, ensuring quality and improving the quality of the academic programmes offered in order to enhance and develop the potential of students and increase competition in the labour market.

4- Focusing on developing and enhancing human resources and moving towards a comprehensive electronic administrative transformation with a focus on development and effective utilisation of available financial resources.

5- Developing the scientific research system and providing its material and moral requirements.

6- Enhancing the development of the physical environment of the college and improving services for students in line with the objectives of sustainable development.

7- Focusing on adopting modern teaching methods as well as advanced educational and teaching aids to contribute to improving educational performance and scientific research.
