
Deanship of the College of Basic Education / Haditha holds the second regular session of the College Council for the academic year 2024-2025
Our college council held on this blessed scientific day on Sunday, corresponding to: 27/10/2024, held its second regular session under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr Mazhar Abdul Ali, Dean of the College and Chairman of the Council, and in the presence of all Council members.
At the outset, the Chairman of the Council welcomed Prof. Dr Mohammed Awaid Mohammed Al-Sayer and congratulated him on assuming the position of head of the Department of First Grades Teacher, wishing him and his colleagues in this distinguished scientific department continued success and brilliance to serve science and its students from everywhere.
The meeting deliberated on the work of the session by taking the directives received from His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the President of Anbar University for the good of all.
The members of the Council then discussed the most important agenda presented for discussion, deliberation and exchange of views to reach satisfactory results, including:
1. Urging teachers to publish scientific publications, especially in international repositories with impact factors such as Clarvit and Scopus.
2. Activating the impact of the public library for college professors and students and visiting it on a continuous basis, and setting office hours in the weekly lecture schedule.
3. Commitment to the official working days for all, and the time of lectures, especially in the evening study, and give the lecture its right to explain, analyse and understand the students.
4. Making the graduation scientific research effective writing and methodology by students and in all scientific departments.
5. Receiving new students in the scientific departments in the first stage and preparing all the requirements to make the academic year a blessed and beneficial year.
6. Raising the scientific specialisations that need to be taught by each of the scientific departments of the college.
The meeting took the appropriate decisions on these matters, and agreed on other matters such as the formation of committees.
