The Council of the College of Basic Education/Haditha holds its tenth session and discusses digital transformation and preparations for the new year.

Today, Monday, 18 August 2025, the Council of the College of Basic Education in Haditha held its tenth regular session for the academic year 2024-2025, chaired by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Mudhir Abed Ali, in the presence of all council members. During the session, a number of important topics were discussed, as the Dean presented the directives of the President of the University, especially the digital transformation and its impact on developing the educational and administrative process, in addition to discussing the college's preparations for receiving new students and creating the appropriate atmosphere for the launch of the new academic year.
The session touched on the most important directives of the Dean, where the results of the college delegation's visit to Jordanian universities and the memorandums of understanding and academic cooperation plans were presented, in order to enhance scientific relations and openness to successful regional experiences. The Board also discussed the procedures for preparing for the second round exams, which will be launched on the first of September, in addition to following up the requirements for programme accreditation for scientific departments and developing the university environment through continuous maintenance of gardens and expansion of green spaces within the college.
At the end of the session, the Council hosted the head of the Registration and Student Affairs Division and the head of the Human Resources Division to follow up on the completion rates of the Student Affairs Management System (SIS) and Human Resources Management System (HRMS) projects. During his closing speech, the Dean expressed his great appreciation for the efforts of all employees in the college and members of the Council, praising the spirit of cooperation and determination to develop the college to serve the academic and educational process.
