The Women's Affairs Unit at the College Organises Awareness Posters
The Deanship of the College of Basic Education / Haditha, in cooperation with the Women's Affairs Unit at the college, organized awareness posters to reduce the phenomenon of violence against women on this morning, 8/4/2024.
It aimed to raise awareness in the family and society, where we explained to students not to attack women who are their mothers, sisters and wives, who are half of society and the women recommended by our Holy Prophet, through which we also develop societies and strengthen social ties and family cohesion.
We addressed that women should have a social place, be respected and valued by all, are responsible for the family, have the right to live without exposure to violence, and must enjoy the highest possible level of physical and psychological health and obtain all their rights.
It is worth mentioning that the Department of Women's Affairs at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has directed to organize everything related to women, especially domestic violence and violence against women.
