Under the guidance of the deanship of the College of Basic Education in Haditha, represented by its dean, Prof. Dr. Mazhar Abdul Ali.
On this day, Tuesday, 10/29/2024, our college organized an awareness seminar entitled “Promoting and encouraging moderate discourse and rejecting abusive behaviors and inciting violence”.
The seminar was started by Assistant Lecturer Abdulhamid Hamid Jumaa, welcoming all the attendees, including faculty, staff and students, then Assistant Professor Dr. Mahmoud Abdullatif delivered his lecture, addressing the following topics
1- The style of speech should be with wisdom and good advice.
2- The style of speech with the community should be civilized and balanced.
3- Adhering to the teachings of the Islamic religion in order to stay away from extremism and anti-human violence.
4- The Islamic religion urges and calls for moderation and respect for others at all levels of society.
5- To educate all individuals in all societies in the spirit of high Islamic culture.
At the end of the seminar, the door for discussion and questions was opened to the attendees, who enriched the useful information on the topic, and from here the Deanship of the College offers its thanks and gratitude to all those who contributed and participated in this blessed guidance seminar, asking Allah Almighty to grant success to all in serving our beloved Iraq.
