First Grade Teacher Department

Vision:

Achieving leadership in preparing and qualifying a distinguished teaching staff for the first grades of the primary stage in accordance with the best international programmes and in line with the requirements of the times.

Mission:

Providing an interactive and active environment for students that helps prepare them academically, behaviourally and professionally, and providing high-level expertise that contributes to the production of modern educational knowledge in this field that serves the community and meets the needs of the labour market.

Objectives:

1. Preparing qualified cadres of teachers to work in teaching at the primary level for the first grades in primary schools affiliated to the Ministry of Education.

2. To meet the needs of the labour market in the province by providing its institutions with specialised academic staff in the fields of education and psychology to contribute to the study of many psychological issues and phenomena and find solutions to them.

3. Providing qualified cadres of teachers with theories related to development in different stages of childhood and their applications in learning and teaching situations.

4. Focusing on the preparation of specialised research and studies in the field of education in the early grades.

5. Scientific partnership with equivalent departments in universities and research centres to conduct theoretical and applied studies.
